LET'S MEET TO DISCUSS YOUR BUILDING PROJECT IN MUSKOKA
Following our Site Meeting at your property, we will require between 2 weeks and 6 weeks to assemble the following components into your Fixed-Price quote:
- Supplier pricing for materials, windows & doors, building systems, equipment, finishes & fixtures
- Sub-Contract pricing from licensed & scheduled building trade contractors
- Coordination & Due-Diligence review of the construction plan
We prefer to have the opportunity to review your Construction Documents prior to the Site Meeting that will take place at your property.
This will give us the ability to be familiar with the work scope and construction quality being proposed when we arrive for the Site Meeting. It will also allow us to be prepared to ask important questions and answer your questions in relation to the construction project.
If you don't have a set of Construction Documents in digital format, we can accept printed/ hard-copy Construction Documents.
